Monument Health is breaking ground on a new children’s expansion at its main hospital campus in Rapid City.
Elevate Rapid City will host the groundbreaking ceremony at 10:30 a.m. Thursday, July 23, at the northwest corner of Rapid City Hospital near the Old Main Entrance, 353 Fairmont Boulevard. Guests attending are asked to park in the Fairmont Street lot.
Monument Health operates the region’s main hospital, serving Rapid City and the broader Black Hills area of South Dakota. About 20 employees are expected to attend the ceremony.
