RAPID CITY, S.D. — One of the Black Hills’ longest-running vehicle sales events is back and bigger than ever. Black Hills Federal Credit Union (BHFCU) is celebrating 35 years of community connection with its annual Member Auto Sale, taking place Saturday, June 28, from 8 to 11 a.m. at 2700 N Plaza Drive in Rapid City.
Whether you’re looking to sell your current ride, buy a new one, or just browse, the Member Auto Sale promises a little something for everyone.
A Community Tradition on Wheels
For more than three decades, BHFCU has hosted this event to bring together buyers, sellers, and car enthusiasts from across Rapid City and the greater Black Hills. The sale offers a wide range of vehicles — from trucks and SUVs to classic cars, campers, and even canoes — making it the go-to stop for those gearing up for summer adventures or a daily commute upgrade.
“We’ll help you find it, fund it, and fuel it,” says BHFCU in its event promotion — and they mean it.
Financing Perks: $250 Gas Gift Card
One of the biggest draws this year is BHFCU’s gas card promotion. Attendees who finance a vehicle through the credit union during the event will receive a $250 gas gift card, issued in the form of a prepaid Visa card. BHFCU lenders will be available on-site to provide financing assistance, ensuring buyers can leave with confidence — and a full tank.
The offer is limited to vehicles purchased and financed through BHFCU at the event and is subject to credit approval. Membership with BHFCU is required to complete a purchase.
