Plato’s Closet will soon be moving from its Omaha Street location in Rapid City to 262 N Cambell Street. The building was formerly Black Hills IP. The official opening of the new Plato’s Closet location will be on February 24. After 10 years in their former building, this move to Cambell Street will allow customers of Plato’s Closet to enjoy more space, dressing rooms, parking, and an overall better shopping and selling experience.
A grand re-opening event will be held on Saturday, February 24, featuring prizes and up to 70% off regular retail prices.
Plato’s Closet pays cash on the spot for gently used items that are in current style and in great condition. It is recognized as the nation’s largest chain of teen and twenty-something resale stores, with over 480 store locations in North America. The Rapid City franchise was originally opened in 2013 by Callie and Matthew Bowman.
