As growth continues to boom throughout Rapid City, our infrastructure and business community are working to keep up. While the city continues to expand, new businesses and organizations enter our market every month, leading us to ask, “What’s that going to be?”

507 Main St

Previously known as the old  building, 507 Main St is the new home of Rimrock Church. Rimrock Church desires to create an environment where people can experience the presence of God, worship, and fellowship with other believers. The Church’s vision is to be a community being Transformed by Jesus Christ while they “Experience God, Embrace Grace and Engage Others.”

1400 Block of E Oakland St

Cambell Street Storage Units are going in at the 1400 Block of E Oakland St. As Rapid City’s population continues to increase, the demand for housing and storage space also increases. Additionally, with so many people moving, downsizing, upsizing, and changing their lifestyles, storage is more necessary than ever. Once Burlington Coat Factory moves in, there will be two locations in South Dakota and nearly 1000 nationwide. Burlington began in 1972 and is headquartered in New Jersey. The Company’s stores offer an extensive selection of in-season, fashion-focused merchandise at up to 60% off other retailers’ prices, including women’s ready-to-wear apparel, menswear, youth apparel, baby, beauty, footwear, accessories, home, toys, gifts, and coats.

925 E Omaha St

The completion of Sagebrush Flats by BlueLine Development at 925 E Omaha St, between Liberty Superstores and the Subaru Dealership, will add more affordable, low-income housing options into Rapid City. The apartment complex will consist of 180 units, all at an affordable price. You must make less than 60% of the Area Median Income to qualify for one of these brand-new units.
